The Operator’s Goals, Expectations and Incentives


The operators’ goals, expectations, and incentives are.

  • Each operator must learn 3 job positions adjacent to each other. The level each operator is graded and awarded for are:

    • 25%-Employee knows all key elements

    • 50%-Employee can perform the entire operation, resulting in a 5% wage increase

    • 75%-Employee can do the full job without assistance within the allotted time without defects, resulting in a 5% wage increase.

    • 100%-Employee can teach the job to the operator, resulting in a 5% wage increase
