The goal of the operator is to achieve the maximum production output.

In making it easier for operators to help the team win the operator increased the production speed from 20 pieces to 80 pieces per hour. Each operator must keep a score of their hourly production and identify areas where they need help with lost time and defects. This ultimately will improve their job satisfaction, and they will become more productive for your company. The operator will need the help of the manufacturing team to overcome obstacles causing lost time and defective products.
